Producing complex characteristics precisely on  sheet metal parts with CNC punching, is our specialty. Making counter-sunk or extruded  holes, louvers, assembly tabs, pre-punched holes/knockouts, as well as beading  for part strength, are some of our punching capabilities. We punch parts for  different industry OEMs from a variety of materials, including stainless steel,  aluminum, and copper.

Punching is performed quickly and efficiently on  our Trumpf TC500R - CNC punching center. They have computer-assisted part  nesting capabilities, which facilitates maximum material utilization. With  automatic tool changing options and high positioning speeds, the machine  performs multiple punching plus marking and embossing operations within low  turnaround. For performing automated tool sharpening, we use specialized Trumpf  Quicksharp Punch Tool Sharpener. Apart from delivering high accuracy in every  punching operation, the tool sharpener increases the tool life, and therefore  saves new tool or tool replacements cost. In addition, our machine taps holes  without operator interference.

A variety of inspection equipment including,  tape measures, protractors, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, dial  calipers, as well as coordinate measuring machines  are used to inspect critical tolerances and dimensions in punched parts. As our  inspection tools are matched to the quality requirements of our customers’  parts, defect-free, high quality parts are delivered to our customers.
