 | CNC press brake operations at Fab 2 Order can produce any angle, channel, trim, or structural sections on a sheet metal part. Using CNC press brakes with varied tonnages and tooling options, we achieve maximum flexibility in all bending operations. Supporting press brake operations are our in-house tooling capabilities, which allow us to bend parts from the thinnest of materials to thick plates, with complete accuracy and repeatability. We cut the profile of the tool on our laser cutting machines and stack the profiles to obtain the required length. This allows us to create special tool geometries within hours, and at low cost, when compared with the high-priced long lead-time tools that are traditionally used. Using standard tooling, our machines can form five-sided boxes as deep as 12”. Our 73-ton Trumpf 3066 Press Brake has automated beam inclination options that ensure quick and precise bending of angles. Alternatively, our 144-ton Trumpf V130 Press Brake, with hydraulic clamping, ensures quick tool changes, uniformity, and straightness in the long bends created. With six-axis back gauges as well as varied tool clamping options, our machines can handle complicated bends under minimal machine setup time. Machined parts can be finished with powder coating, plating, anodizing, heat-treating, and sand blasting as required. Design assistance for existing customer drawings, using AutoCAD and IronCAD software forms, a part of our services. We can reverse engineer components or assemblies, either at our facility or at the customer’s premises. Parts can be made ready in a day, but our standard delivery time is three to seven days, depending on the number of processes the order requires. |

| Secondary Services | For all your sheet metal fabrication needs, we serve as a one-stop-shop, offering a complete range of secondary services - from shearing and saw cutting to welding. Some of the materials that we process include stainless steel, aluminum, mild steel, and copper. Our in-house tapping and drilling capabilities enable us to fabricate work pieces with thread holes, precisely. The Clausing drill presses at our job shop enable us to accurately drill small or large holes on work pieces, fixtures, and large parts. By countersinking, we can enhance the surface finishes of your drilled and tapped metal products. With our versatile Piranha P-50 Iron Worker, we handle bending, bar shearing, punching, and notching operations on metal fabrications, with ease. The P-50’s dovetail slide enables fast changeover from punching to bending. Furthermore, urethane strippers of the P-50 help in reducing part distortion during punching. Using a horizontal band saw from Clausing, we also cut miters on work pieces of varying thicknesses. |
Quality Process | A variety of inspection equipment including, tape measures, protractors, calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, dial calipers, as well as coordinate measuring machines are used to inspect critical tolerances and dimensions in punched parts.
